Heather has lived in three areas of Colorado, as well as six other states. Currently, she is in Fort Collins. She and her family enjoy live music, hiking, skiing, and travel. Together they have visited a full third of our National Parks. 

Heather has a master’s in civil engineering from Colorado State University and has worked in both the public and private sectors for over 20 years. As with her paid work, Heather hopes to use her technical and people skills to help improve our state and the lives of those who live here.
